One text, everyone at once
When a date opens, every matching person on the list gets the same text at the same moment, at least 24 hours before the day. It says the date, the time window and what the day could be used for.
First deposit takes it
Reply to claim it, pay the deposit from the link, and it is yours. If someone beat you to it, you hear straight away and you stay on the list for the next one.

A few things to know
- Being on the list is free and does not commit you to anything. Decline as many as you like.
- You can also hold a normal booking and sit on the list for an earlier date. If you take an opening, the later booking is released.
- Openings are usually full days. If a half-day comes up it will say so.
- Texts only. No calls, no emails, nothing else sent to the number you give.
- Reply STOP at any time and you are off the list.
- Body work is not booked from the list. It is scheduled from your written estimate once you approve it.

About the list.
How often do dates open up?
Honestly, it varies. Some weeks none, some weeks two. Cancellations, weather reschedules and the occasional extra day. The list exists so none of them go to waste.
Does joining the list get me a booking sooner than just booking?
Often, yes. A normal booking goes in the next available slot, which may be a few weeks away. The list gives you a shot at anything that opens before then.
What if two people reply at the same time?
The first deposit received takes the date. The text includes the deposit link so it is a fair race, and the second person is told immediately.
Can I be on the list for a coating?
Yes, as long as the paint has already been assessed or you can send photos. Ultimate Protection takes one to two days, so it is only offered when enough consecutive time opens.
Will I get a text for every opening?
Only for ones that match what you told us: your service and your notice window. That is why the form asks.
